Shipping

We offer free shipping via UPS or Fedex Ground to the contiguous 48 United States, on most items. Some items are shipped USPS.

There Are a Few Restrictions to Our Free Shipping Policy:
It’s valid only in the 48 contiguous United States as well as addresses. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. military APO and FPO don’t qualify for free shipping. Please contact us for a shipping quote to these locations.

Shipping fees to ALL OTHER LOCATIONS will be calculated individually and added to your invoice. Local duties, taxes and charges are not included in the sale price or ship charges and are the buyers responsibility. Bangbang is not responsible for any taxes outside of NY and or the USA. In the event that the customer refuses a shipment, all shipping costs to and from the country or State in which the item was shipped to are not refunded. In some cases return shipping can cost more then the original ship cost.

Here’s an important note: if you return a purchase to us, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.

Most orders are shipped signature required. If you require assistance with this, please contact us before your order is scheduled to be delivered.

When you check out, we’ll give you the option to choose alternate shipping methods in case you’d like your gear to arrive sooner. We do not mark up shipping costs at all.

Returns

Please contact us by email or phone anytime. We hope even returning a purchase can be a positive experience.

We have a 30-day return period. Items must be returned with all original packaging as well as all included items. Items that are not returned in original, resellable condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We charge a 15% restocking fee on returned items only if the item is clearly used and or the packing is tarnished.
The ship cost we paid UPS to ship your item will be deducted as well. In some cases restock fee’s and ship costs can be applied as a store credit.

We will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 30-day period. If your purchase is incompatible with your setup, or you simply do not like your purchase, we will exchange for an alternative item or store credit, less shipping fees (including those which may have been incurred on “free shipping” items).

Items that can not be returned include: software, units with contents or packaging that is damaged/missing, and items that are considered for personal use (such as earphones, headphones, or any items that you wouldn’t want to purchase if someone else had previously used them). Also, Items which we do not normally stock (i.e. “Special Orders”, discontinued products, close-outs, used products, etc.) are non-returnable. We strongly suggest that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, including a reasonable ship cost calculated into free US shipping best offer prices.

Please contact us for our Return Form and return ship instructions before returning any items. Upon receipt of the returned product a credit will be issued according to your payment method. If any product is damaged in shipping, you should address the issue promptly with the appropriate carrier. Any return sent back without contacting us and completing a return form will NOT be processed.
